At the 2012 Chicago Auto Show, Kia Motors unveiled its new Track’ster Concept, a study that looks into a performance version of the Soul compact car. So, how did all the designers and engineers sit down to plan and built the Track’ster Concept? The guys at Motor Trend followed the whole process and video taped it all for us to see.
Refresher: The Kia Track’ster Concept is powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that produces 250-hp – 66 percent more than the production model. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission which transfers power to all four wheels. So far the Kia Track’ster Concept is not intended for production.
