The South Korean based automaker Kia has recently released a new teaser image with the Track’ster Concept, ahead of its official debut at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show.
After the car manufacturer has placed the Track’ster Concept into the spotlights for the first time not more than a week ago, Kia has decided to tease the model again, this time with a real image and not just a sketch. According to the carmaker, the Kia Track’ster Concept has been created by the company’s California design studio and as you can see from the teaser image posted above, the model is coming with a ventilated rear bumper, dual exhaust and LED taillights.
More details on the Kia Track’ster are limited for now and the model won’t catch the production line but it’s expected to underpin future vehicles wearing the South Korean badge on them and this is also the company’s vision on the future. There’s no official word on the Kia Trac’ster Concept’s drivetrain and rumors say that the vehicle will be powered by the same Gamma Turbo GDI engine used in the Hyundai Veloster Turbo, so a total of around 200 horsepower are expected. The Kia Track’ster Concept will make its official debut at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show.
