Partner Spotlight: James V. Seale — Leading Granbury Kia with Heart, Integrity, and Vision

Granbury Kia is proud to introduce our new Managing Partner and General Manager, James V. Seale — a leader whose three decades in the automotive industry are defined by loyalty, excellence, and a genuine commitment to people.

A Texas Foundation Built on Faith and Integrity

Born and raised in Joshua, Texas, James learned early the importance of faith, community, and doing things the right way. A proud member of the First United Methodist Church of Joshua, he carries those values with him in every professional and personal endeavor.

After graduating from Joshua High School in 1987, James began his automotive career in 1992. Over the past 30+ years, he has built an impressive legacy — not through constant moves, but through steadfast dedication. Having worked with only four dealerships during that time, James’s career reflects a rare blend of stability, loyalty, and long-term vision.

A Proven Leader in the Kia Family

James joined the Kia brand in 1997, when it was still finding its footing in the U.S. market. Through his passion, leadership, and belief in the product, he helped elevate Kia from an up-and-coming name to one of the most respected and dependable brands in the industry.

His leadership record speaks volumes — guiding previous dealerships to achieve:

  • Four Kia President’s Club Awards

  • J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Award

  • Record-setting performance in both sales and customer satisfaction

Driving Granbury Kia Toward the Future

Now at the helm of Granbury Kia, one of the fastest-growing Kia dealerships in the country and part of one of the most dynamic dealership groups in the nation, James is focused on continuing that upward trajectory.

His philosophy is simple: success comes from serving people first. Every customer who walks through the doors should feel like a VIP — whether they’re purchasing a vehicle or visiting the service department.

James’s approach is rooted in honesty, compassion, and purpose — principles that have guided his life from Joshua to Granbury and beyond.

“For me, success isn’t just about selling cars — it’s about serving people, building trust, and doing business the right way.” — James V. Seale

With James’s leadership, Granbury Kia will continue to set new standards for customer care, community involvement, and the Kia ownership experience.
