Three Expensive Cars from the Barrett-Jackson Auction

Barrett-Jackson events always bring out the best in performance and classic car culture, and after having viewed some of this year's field it is obvious that nothing is missing. Old Chevrolets, Cadillacs, and Ferraris graced the stage along with the newer performance counterparts such as Chevrolet's COPO Camaro from the SEMA auto show.

We wanted to share the following three vehicles, not only because they sold for a lot (A LOT) of money, but because these cars are something to be admired.

1) 1967 Chevrolet Corvette L88: $3.85 million 

2) 1963 Shelby Cooper Monaco King Cobra: $1.65 million

3) 2008 Bugatti Veyron: $1.375 million

 

Funny Laws in Texas State History

We recently came across a funny list of outdated Texas laws, which we thought would be fun to share with you. Read through the list, share them with your friends, and leave a comment below with any other laws you think should be added to the list.

Here they are:

1. It is illegal to sell one's eye.
2. It is illegal to take more than three sips of beer at a time while standing.
3. It is illegal to milk another person's cow.
